statutinis valstybės tarnautojas statusas Aprobuotas sritis valstybės tarnyba apibrėžtis 1. Valstybės tarnautojas, priimtas į pareigas ir jas atliekantis pagal įstatymo patvirtintą statutą, turintis įstatymo suteiktus viešojo administravimo įgaliojimus sau nepavaldžių asmenų atžvilgiu ir atliekantis įstatymuose nustatytas funkcijas, kuriomis užtikrinamas įstaigai teisės aktuose nustatytų uždavinių įgyvendinimas ir dėl kurių jis turi atitikti būtinus sveikatos būklės, fizinio ir dalykinio pasirengimo, asmeninių ir moralinių savybių reikalavimus. Prie statutinių valstybės tarnautojų priskiriami diplomatai, kurių tarnybą reglamentuoja Diplomatinės tarnybos įstatymas. 2.
